Your future tasks:

• Development and implementation of talent search and attraction strategies
• Managing a full of the recruitment cycle: from posting vacancies to making offers to candidates
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Cooperation with department heads to determine staffing needs
• Development and implementation of adaptation programs new employees
• Management of the candidate database and maintenance of relevant documentation
• Participation in the development of HR processes and initiatives in the company

Our candidate:

< li>Experience in the position of HR manager or recruiter from 1 year
• High communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of modern methods and tools of search and recruitment
• Ability to work in conditions of multitasking and with short deadlines
• Ability to make decisions independently and be responsible for results
• High motivation and focus on results
