Skills and competences:

• Experience as a personnel manager from 2 years (preferably HoReCa) A high level of responsibility and self-organization, results-oriented, possessing high communication skills, enthusiasm for their work and a desire to learn and develop in the field of HR.

You will be responsible for:

• Search and selection of personnel of various levels;
• Compilation of job profiles, placement of advertisements, conducting interviews, active search for candidates;
• Organization of testing processes terms and adaptation of new employees;
• Development of job instructions and internal regulations, salary systems, staff motivation, labor market monitoring;
• Calculation and control of department budgets;
• Improving the productivity of employees and the atmosphere in the team.
