HR manager in UkrAtlas, TOV

Main responsibilities:

• Recruitment: searching for candidates, conducting interviews, organizing the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees.
• Formation and support of corporate culture.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation and reporting.

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience in a similar position is not required, but will be a plus to your resume.
• Communication and organizational skills.
< li>Owning a PC and knowledge of basic programs. 
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages, knowledge of English will be a plus.
