Employment agency Hywife is looking for a Personnel Manager for our team. We strive to find a person who will actively help in team formation and ensure quality recruitment.

Main duties:

• Conducting interviews with candidates.
• Ensuring compliance with record keeping and other labor documentation.
• Assessment of professional qualities and suitability of candidates for vacancies.
• Coordination of the hiring process, including the preparation of necessary documents.

Requirements:

• Experience as a manager is optional, but would be a plus.
• Basic PC proficiency.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Organized, responsible and result-oriented.
