Requirements:

• higher education;
• 3 years of work experience as an HR manager;
• skills in working with various personnel search channels;
• well presented oral and written communication;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;

Responsibilities:

• search and selection of personnel for given vacancies;
• monitoring of the labor market, working with the resume database;
• conducting interviews with potential candidates;
• creating a personnel reserve;
• onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
• participation in the development and support of all HR processes;
