An excellent opportunity for an energetic and proactive HR manager who is looking for professional growth and more experience in the hospitality industry and is ready to apply their skills and ideas to take a direct part in building a team as they unite the common values ​​and culture.

creation and placement of job descriptions, selection of candidates, conducting first-level interviews, drafting job offers.

  • Onboarding of new employees, familiarizing them with the company's culture, values, work rules and benefits

  • Participation in creating an employer brand: suggestions for improving the level of motivation and team involvement, forming a value proposition for different levels of employees, monitoring the level of staff satisfaction

  • Organization of staff training and corporate events according to the annual operating plan

  • HR budget management (planning, payments, cost control)

    Key requirements for the candidate:

    • Higher humanitarian education

    • 2 years of work experience in the HR department or from 3 years in the hospitality industry in administrative positions

    • High level of communication skills, ability to form and convey one's opinion, literacy

    • Knowledge of the current Labor Code of Ukraine and related legislation related to personnel accounting

    • Knowledge and experience of working with online recruitment platforms

    • < p>Initiative, proactivity, positive thinking is mandatory

    • Knowledge of the English language at a good written and spoken level will be a plus and a door to communication with the owners and members of the Supervisory Board
