In order to become a HR manager of our team and show results,

Have the following skills:

• HR work experience- as a manager or recruiter from 0.5 years;
• Desire to develop in the field of HR;
• Experience in personnel adaptation (one to one, on-boarding);
• High level of communication and self-organization, work for results;
• Knowledge of personnel administration will be a plus;
• Ability to make non-standard decisions.
