Main duties:

• adaptation of new employees;
• management of HR processes: participation in the development and implementation of the process of recruitment, evaluation and development of personnel;
• development of training systems for employees;
• participation in evaluation employee efficiency;

Basic requirements:

• work experience of 1 year or more in a similar position;
• knowledge of modern personnel selection and evaluation methods;
• participation in building training and development programs;
