Requirements:

Experience in the field of recruiting or human resources, understanding the trends and features of the labor market in a specific industry or region;

Experience in conducting interviews: the ability to conduct effective interviewing with candidates and assessing their skills and potential;

Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues;

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions in the selection of candidates.

Ability to understand the needs of candidates and create a positive experience for them during the hiring process;

Ability to communicate effectively and present information convincingly;

Organizational skills and ability to work with information;

The desire to develop in the field of recruitment;

Working conditions:

• work in the office in the city center, 10 Peremohy St.
• standard work schedule: from 09.00 to 18.00, break from 13.00 to 14.00, timely payment of labor

Responsibilities:

• analyze resumes, write a brief conclusion after them
• conduct primary and secondary (if necessary) interviews
• check the adaptation of new employees
