• Management of the full recruitment cycle: From the first application until the successful completion of the trial period.

• Active search for candidates: Use all available channels and tools, analyze their effectiveness and always be one step ahead.

• Cooperation with universities: Establishing relations with universities to organize students' practice and their further employment.

• Maintenance of candidate database in the HURMA system: No candidate will be forgotten!

• Interaction with department heads: Be the bridge between our talented candidates and managers.

• Improving selection processes: Make suggestions for improvement based on the data collected.

• Building the adaptation and training process in the LMS system: Help newcomers integrate and grow.

• Preparation of analytical reports: Keep your finger on the pulse and provide analytics on recruiting and recruiting.

• Development in the field of HR: Help develop and improve our HR processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Work experience: Successful experience in the field of the full cycle of personnel selection from 2 years.

• Evaluation methods: Ability to evaluate candidates according to the job profile.

• Recruiting tools: Knowledge of modern recruiting tools (except job sites).

• Communications: Ability to build effective communications at all levels of interaction.

• Inspiration: Ability to inspire candidates and "sell" vacancies.

• Languages:< /span> Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English (not lower than B1).

• Personal qualities: High level of communication and self-organization, responsibility, proactivity, and desire to work and develop .
