Maintenance of candidate database in the HURMA system: No candidate will be forgotten!
Interaction with department heads: Be the bridge between our talented candidates and managers.
Improving selection processes: Make suggestions for improvement based on the data collected.
Building the adaptation and training process in the LMS system: Help newcomers integrate and grow.
Preparation of analytical reports: Keep your finger on the pulse and provide analytics on recruiting and recruiting.
Development in the field of HR: Help develop and improve our HR processes.
What do we expect from you?
Work experience: Successful experience in the field of the full cycle of personnel selection from 2 years.
Evaluation methods: Ability to evaluate candidates according to the job profile.
Recruiting tools: Knowledge of modern recruiting tools (except job sites).
Communications: Ability to build effective communications at all levels of interaction.
Languages:< /span> Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English (not lower than B1).
