We are looking for a talented and proactiveHR manager, who will help us find the best specialists for our company. You will be a key member of our team responsible for sourcing, evaluating and attracting talented candidates who will contribute to our growth and success.

The main role of the position: ensuring the timely closing of vacancies with candidates who meet the company's requirements.

Tasks:

• conducting the full cycle of personnel selection;< /li>
• organization and conduct of telephone and personal interviews with candidates to assess professionalism;
• cooperation with department heads to determine their staffing needs and clarify job requirements;
• monitoring labor market trends and providing recommendations for improving recruitment processes.

From you:

• work experience in the field of recruiting or HR;
• skills to effectively use different methods of searching for candidates;
• high communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• independence, the ability to set priorities and the ability to make informed decisions.

• work schedule: from Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00;
