The Mauntex company - the largest manufacturer and supplier of natural intestinal raw materials for the complex supply of meat processing enterprises invites to the team HR manager.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Successful experience, confirmed by practical cases in the HR direction from 3-5 years (back office + production);
• Practical work experience in the search and recruitment of personnel from 3 years: office/middle/production;
• Ability to work with large data sets and quickly process them;
• Ability to act quickly switch to multifaceted tasks;
• Ability to find an approach to different categories of people/specialists;
• Quick learning and self-development in the field of HR;
• High level of responsibility;

What you will need to do:

1. Search, selection, selection of personnel:

• Posting of vacancies according to various search sources (employment sites, social networks).
• Daily screening of resumes, scheduling of interviews.
• Conducting interviews jointly with the Manager.
• Conducting recruiting analytics.

2. Adaptation of newcomers:

• Participation in drafting adaptation letters together with managers.
• Tracking the stages of adaptation in the company.

3. HR Processes:

• Participation in the development and implementation of HR document flow in the company;
• Participation in the development of motivation systems, internal training, development programs for employees;
• Creating a positive microclimate in the team and proper management of internal communications;
• Participation in creating a positive image of the employer;
• Participation in the automation of HR processes.
