We are looking for a HR manager who will be responsible for selecting candidates for our friendly team.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Successful work experience in the position of 2 years or more.
- Knowledge of employee search methods and channels.
- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
- Confident PC user

- High level of self-motivation and result orientation;
- Initiative, friendliness, teamwork, creativity.
- Freedom in the Ukrainian language;
- Communicativeness;
- Resistance to stress;
- Knowledge of Labor Code and other legislative acts in the field of labor;
- Deep understanding of the hiring process and of personnel development;
- Owning modern methods of personnel search;

Responsibilities:
- develop and implement a strategy to improve recruitment processes and methods, work with various sources of candidate search;
