HR Manager in Sheluhina O.P., FOP

The company's priorities are functionality, utility, appearance, durability. A large number of manufacturing, construction, utility, and state enterprises are already regular clients of the company.

Now looking for HR-manager with the functions of a recruiter. We need a person who has experience in human resources management, is ready to achieve high results together with the team and implement new strategies.

You are our candidate if:

• you have experience as a personnel manager from 5 years, experience of closing working and managerial positions,
• you have an education in the field or professional courses,
• you have modern methods of personnel selection and development,
• a confident user PC (Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Docs),
• you have experience working with HR metrics,
• you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• You are open, empathetic, result-oriented.

It will be an advantage if:

• You have knowledge of the Civil Code of Ukraine,
• you know English, Polish.

• optimization of HR processes in the company: improvement of the process of recruitment, onboarding, assessment and development of personnel, compensation and reward systems, etc.,
• recruiting, selection, hiring and adaptation personnel,
• development of training systems for employees,
• evaluation of employee efficiency,
• maintenance of knowledge base and company instructions on procedures,
• participation in the development of functionality and KPI indicators by department,
• development and support of corporate culture,
• consultation of the management on issues of interaction with the staff,
• organization of events for the team.< /li>
