  Key requirements:

• Experience of at least 3-x years in a similar position;
• Knowledge of technologies for selection, adaptation, training , evaluation, motivation and building corporate culture
• Ability to think strategically and systematically
• Ability to promote, convince, influence and build trust at all levels;
• Ability to set priorities and increase the efficiency of the company's personnel
• Leadership abilities, active life position, responsibility, result orientation, high level of communication skills and desire to develop

Functions

• Formation and improvement of the organizational structure
• organization of effective search and recruitment
• management of the adaptation process: adaptation maps, organization and conducting of adaptation trainings, mentoring system, work-to-work tasks, orientation and coordination, integration of new employees;
< management of compensation and benefits system: salary market analysis, performance indicators (KPI), social package; management performance evaluation: conducting a regular annual evaluation and based on the results of the formation of personnel development plans/maps
• organization of the process of continuous training< /u>: creation of a corporate university, identifying the needs of different categories of personnel, design of educational products, organization and administration of the educational process, control of efficiency;
• creation of reserve of personnel > for key positions
