What will be included in your duties:
- Recruiting and selection of personnel : conducting the recruiting process, announcing vacancies, selecting and interviewing candidates, assessing their competencies;
- Management of labor relations: resolving conflict situations, maintaining personnel documentation;
personnel: development and implementation of a motivation program, analysis of employee satisfaction, development and implementation of measures to retain personnel.
