Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of employees in accordance with the labor legislation, regulations, instructions, orders of the head of the enterprise, instructions of the department management;
• Keeping records of the granting of vacations to employees, control over the drawing up and observance of regular vacation schedules;
• Full management of military accounting;
• Formation of personal files of employees, introduction of changes related to work activities, accounting of the personnel of the enterprise;
• Internal personnel reporting;
• Formation of documents, necessary for assigning pensions to company employees and their families.

Requirements:

• Higher education; 
• A confident user of MS Office;
• Communicability, initiative, goal-oriented;
• Experience in HR, knowledge of English and Polish languages ​​will be an advantage.

  • Official employment;
  • Stable payment of wages;
  • Work schedule Monday-Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00; Friday - from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
