  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving HR programs and initiatives;
  • Experience with MS Office and information tracking systems and other office software;
  • Ability to establish relationships with colleagues and work effectively in a large team;
  • Ability to set priorities and work in difficult conditions;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, proactivity, tact and diplomacy;
  • Above intermediate English.
     
  • It will be a plus:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, additional education in HR.


    Responsibilities:

    • Create positive, trusting working relationships with employees and managers, maintain a confident and warm atmosphere in the company;
    • Propose and implement continuous improvements to the company's HR brand;
