In this position, you will be engaged in: Conducting an active search and selection of candidates for various levels of positions in the company; Assessing the qualifications and experience of potential employees; interview and evaluation of candidates according to the company's requirements; Coordination of internal communication and cooperation with various departments of the company; Collection and formation of personnel documents for sending; Resolving conflict situations and maintaining an optimal working environment.
