Vacancy description The construction company "TEP-Capital" carries out construction and installation work exclusively on objects financed from budget funds of the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region (mainly interior finishing works) Duties: once a week calling all full-time employees (including foremen ) and clarifying, establishing problematic issues regarding interaction with other employees On Saturdays, holding Zoom meetings (telephone conferences) on problematic and other issues Monitoring compliance with business processes (if adjustments are necessary). The ability to create and write business processes. Control of the availability of labor contracts and CPC contracts with all employees. Calculation of the CRI of the project manager and contractor (according to the formula provided by the owners). Weekly determination of the efficiency of employees. There should be quantitative indicators for each position. The employees keep these statistics themselves and once a week give them to the personnel manager.Provides reasoned proposals for increasing the staff (employee recruitment).Formation and maintenance of each employee's folder and position folder.Other management tasks. a team player who will be able to cooperate effectively with other team members.
