HR manager in Institut analitiki ta advokaciyi

We are looking for an HR manager to join the NGO "Institute of Analytics and Advocacy" team.

We are an analytical center that works on the development of civil society, policy and data analysis, development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.

We would like to see:

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the personnel policy of the IAA
• Recruitment, selection and hiring procedures.
• Forming job profiles, writing vacancies, collecting and analyzing resumes, conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Onboarding and adaptation of personnel, support of newcomers in the first stages of work
• Formation of personnel reserve.
• Assessment of employee performance.
• Development and implementation of training programs, management of talent development.
• Participation in the development of the remuneration, compensation and benefits policy.
• Participation in the development, implementation and ensuring the effectiveness of KPI/OKR systems
• Organization of corporate events.
• Participation in weekly work meetings.

Qualification requirements:

• work experience of 1 year or more in a similar position;
• knowledge of the Labor Code;
• competent written and oral communication (Ukrainian);
• knowledge of the English language (preferably not lower than the Pre-Intermediate level);
• confident PC user;
• skills in working with office equipment;
• targeting the result;
knowledge in the field of psychology
