HR Manager in ARAMIS

The Aramis company is inviting its team of HR Manager Functional duties:?Management of personnel records in the full scope of the group of companies Personnel support of employees at all stages of work in the company, consulting on personnel legislation Preparation, placement and updating of vacancies on websites and in social networks, tracking their relevance, control payment Screening resumes and initial selection of candidates by phone, forwarding resumes to department heads, organizing interviews, receiving feedback Support onboarding, adaptation and monitoring of the probationary period Updating job instructions, familiarizing employees with job instructions, basic regulations and procedures of the company for signature Participation in other HR and business projects of the company Preparation of reports on the work carried out We expect from the candidate for the vacancy: 2 years of experience in personnel accounting, experience in military accounting Experience as a personnel manager/recruiter - conducting initial interviews, accompanying onboarding and adaptation processes Excellent communication skills, friendliness, active lifestyle positionAbility to work in a team and build partnerships with employeesResponsibility and orientation to results, attentiveness, a systematic approach to work and self-organizationUsing a PC: working with tables and documents, the ability to work in 1SProficient command of the Ukrainian language?
