Responsibilities: Conducting a full cycle of recruitment: - posting ads on job sites, profile resources, social networks, supporting them in an up-to-date condition; - search for resumes on job sites, social networks, direct search, work with recommendations; - maintenance of a database of candidates and personnel reserve; - organization and conduct of online/offline interviews with candidates; - organization of line management interviews with candidates - finalists; - providing feedback to candidates; - preparing job offers for candidates. 2. Adaptation of personnel, organization and control of processes of passing probationary periods, conducting one-to-one meetings. 3. ReportingRequirements:- High responsibility and organization- Ability to work effectively under limited time conditions- High level of communication and ability to negotiate- Work with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums.- Maintaining an internal database of candidates.
