What tasks will you solve: 

< li>compilation of vacancies and placement on employment sites and in all sources of personnel search;
• search and selection of personnel for new and existing retail outlets and office;
• conducting initial interviews;

• analysis of interview results;
• maintenance of an electronic resume database;
• monitoring of the labor market; 
strong>What you need to join us:
• experience in recruiting (preferably in a trading company);
• experience in closing diverse vacancies (line staff, office staff);
• know and effectively use various sources of candidate search; 
• higher education (preferably psychology);
• confidently own a PC: Word, Excel, 1C;
• show activity and initiative in work;
• li>able to learn quickly and learn new processes;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;
• communicative, analytical thinking, systematic, responsibility, punctuality, diligence.
