What will you do: Participate in the creation of training and evaluation support functions: participate in the development and implementation of internal and external training plans, participate in the formation and implementation of BP in the process of forming an internal personnel reserve, support of the training platform, development of product and software training materials, tests, participation in the development and implementation of personnel evaluation processes eNPS People research, experience of offline coaching on software will be an advantage 2. Participation in the implementation of the strategy of the People division in other HR functions3. Search and selection of personnel4. Formation of external personnel reserve5. Monitoring of the labor market, the volume of the wage market6. Participation in Onboarding7. Participation in Offboarding8.
