What is important for us: experience of working in key HR roles from 3 years (HR Generalist, HR BP, chief recruiter, leading personnel manager, head of recruitment and adaptation and etc.) proven experience in managing tasks for the development and implementation of HR processes from scratch; understanding of the systemic approach in HR; the ability to independently determine priorities, focusing on key stakeholders and business needs; digital literacy (advanced skills in working with HRIS, ATS, work skills will be a plus with Excel, etc.) knowledge of modern approaches in HR.
