In her field, she is one of the leaders in efficiency and scope of activity in Ukraine. We are currently looking for an HR manager to join our team. We need a person who: has experience as a personnel manager (preferable work experience in a collection company or bank) — from 2 years; carried out the adaptation of employees from from the first day of work and provided support throughout the trial period; organized training events for employees on process administration; took part in the organization of corporate events (congratulations to employees with DR, weddings, birth of a child, etc.); has a good knowledge base of the Labor Code and applied them in practice, monitors all changes in labor legislation; is a confident user of BAF (ZUP), Microsoft Office, Outlook and has experience in managing personnel accounting; loves and knows how to find a common language with people; I am sure that work in HR is my calling! Duties: support of the full cycle of HR processes (from adaptation of leave) for team employees; support of corporate culture and HR of the company brand; greeting employees with holidays ( professional and personal), as well as the organization of corporate events; management of personnel records: work in 1C (ZUP): admission/transfer/dismissal/vacation; formation and storage of personal files of employees; drawing up orders regarding personnel records (business trips, company-wide, etc.); maintenance of personnel administration registers ;reporting; Unas awaits you with many pleasures, asame: official registration from the 1st working day; competitive salary (rate + KPI bonus); work schedule: 5/2, from 08:00—10:00 to 17:00—19: 00, the opportunity to work remotely several times a week; a modern, cozy office; a comfortable and equipped workplace; training at the expense of the company; unlimited coffee, tea, cappuccino, milk, syrups, marshmallows, cookies and other sweets; corporate events; interesting benefits (English courses . languages, honey insurance).If your experience interests us, we will be happy to contact you and ask for an interview.
