HR manager in Green-Invest Group

The Green-Invest Group of Companies (we work in the field of real estate management: shopping centers, hotel and restaurant activities, Office Centers) invites an experienced HR manager to join the team.

We expect:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection, adaptation and evaluation ;
• Successful experience in creating and implementing HR processes;
• Activity, communication and ability to multitask both in a team and independently;
• High level of responsibility and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Selection and assessment of potential candidates; 
• Organization of adaptation of new employees; 
• Ensuring individual and team development;
• Development of corporate culture: planning, organization and conduct of activities, training events, etc.;
• Development of a system for evaluating and setting goals for employees ;
• Supporting a positive working environment and team interaction.

We offer:

• Employment according to with KZpP, (trial period 3 months);
• Working schedule: Mon - Fri from 8:30 (9:00) to 17:30 (18:00);
• From .P. (according to the results of the interview and depends on the actual knowledge and experience of the candidate. We are waiting for a resume indicating the desired level);

• Office location: in 15 min. from Shulyavska metro station.
