We are currently recruiting for the position of HR generalist.

Main requirements:

• high level of communication and organizational skills;
• experience of HRM/ HRG/ HRBP in a corporate business with a staff of 500 or more employees, preferably from production would be an advantage;
• ability to work in a team and make decisions.

Main duties:

• formation of internal and external personnel reserve;
• searching for candidates and conducting interviews;
• active participation in the formation of the company's corporate culture;
• department administration;
• cooperation with educational institutions and employment centers in order to attract personnel.
