Responsibilities:

— Development and implementation of training and personnel development programs in accordance with the company's strategy.

— Planning and organization of educational events, trainings, seminars and other forms of education.

—Coordinating the process of assessing staff training needs and developing individual training plans.

- Cooperation with the structural units of the company to identify the needs for personnel development.

— Ensuring compliance of training and development processes with legislation and internal regulations of the company.

—Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs.

Requirements:

- Graduate degree in psychology, human resource management or related field.

- 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in the field of training and development.

- Ability to develop and implement training programs.

- High communication skills, ability to work in a team.

- Knowledge of modern methods and approaches in personnel training and development.

- Experience in using various learning platforms and tools.
