Your key tasks:
- Building and developing the HR Digital system Aurora: From Recruiting to Onboarding, Performance, Compensation and Offboarding, with a focus on simplicity, transparency and predictability for people;
- Improving the hiring process: creating JDs, coordinating interview stages, interacting with Aurora Recruiting and outsourcing agencies, improving speed and quality of hire;
- Building quality onboarding 30/60/90, which guarantees a quick entry into the role, clear expectations and high talent satisfaction;
- Formation of the headcount plan and role structure of Digital Aurora together with the CEO/CPO/CTO: determination of hiring priorities, critical roles, planning in advance;
- Development of HR processes and documentation: policies, rules, roles, checklists, rituals; creation of HR standards that reduce operational noise and chaos;
- Development of Digital Aurora culture: implementation of interaction rituals, recognition programs, 1:1, feedback, PDP. Conducting HR analytics and regular reviews: time-to-hire, offer acceptance, 90-day pass, turnover, eNPS, onboarding efficiency;
- Identification of growth points in people and teams, helping managers in developing subordinates, forming talent development plans;
- Supporting leaders in difficult management situations: conflicts, low performance, motivational crises, overload; facilitation and mediation;
- Implementation of the performance management system: OKR, role expectations, transparent promotion processes;
- Development of the Digital Aurora employer brand - both internal (culture, communication, recognition) and external (participation in relevant HR events, partnerships, presence in professional communities);
- Initiation of HR projects aimed at for improving employee experience, leadership development and team effectiveness.
We will be great to work together if you:
- You have 5+ years in HR (HRBP/HR Lead/Head of HR) in product/tech companies of 50-200 people;
- You have experience in building a full HR cycle: workforce planning > recruiting > onboarding/adaptation > performance/compensation > development > offboarding;
- You have experience in starting/scaling processes from scratch: policies, compensation grades/ranges, competencies, OKR, performance & feedback cycles;
- You have experience in working with HC metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, 90-day pass, attrition, eNPS, cost-per-hire, hiring manager satisfaction) - setting goals, dashboards, regular reviews;
- You have experience of interaction with the recruiting function (in-house/outsource), contractors and other departments (finance, legal).
Would be an advantage:
- Product tech;
- Periods of active growth/reorganizations;
- Launch of new units/offices; experience in a retail/omnichannel or product digital ecosystem.
- Experience in building HR systems in a fast-changing environment (startup, business scaling, transformation);
- Experience in managing an HR team or participating in the creation of an HR function from scratch is welcome.
