Responsibilities: • Team Management ofPeople Partners: Organizing and coordinating team activities, task distribution, monitoring deadlines and quality oftask completion, developing team skills, and workload management; • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementingHR strategies, maintaining high employee satisfaction, and facilitating achieving business goals; • Close Interaction with CRMDepartments: Understanding the specifics oftheCS and developer operations, developing effective recruitment and retention strategies forCS professionals; • Management and Development ofEmployee Retention Programs: Organizing training programs, corporate events, developing and implementing amotivation system; • Collection and Analysis ofHRData: Monitoring and analyzing metrics related torecruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction levels, making decisions based onthe obtained data; • Participation inHiring: Close interaction with the recruitment team tocreate the most suitable employee profile and participate inthe pre-onboarding process; • Conflict Resolution: Effective resolution ofteam conflicts, maintaining apositive and productive work environment; • Collaboration with Other Departments: Interaction with management and other departments for joint work onachieving corporate goals.
