The main duties of the position: Support of internal communications aimed at improving relations between divisions and management levels. Creation of content for internal communication channels. Organization of internal activities, events, team building. Systematic implementation of adaptation measures new employees. Participation in HR management processes. Requirements: Experience in HR from 1 year. Experience in internal communications. Experience in planning and organizing events. Ability to work in a team for a common result. Excellent communication skills. Ability to visualize and present information, experience working with graphic editors. Personal qualities and characteristics: Proactive civic position. Zero tolerance to corruption. Openness to deep knowledge, new experience. Place of work and graphics: Full time. Office in the city center.
