Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve carrying out a variety of administrative tasks including updating employee records, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. It will be 3 months of full-time employment in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of personnel documentation related to employment (hiring, dismissal, vacations, etc.)
• Improvement of the documentation storage process in the internal archive
• Ensuring the relevance and correctness of all employee data and information related to personnel management

Qualifications:

• Very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of the English language (Intermediate +)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn
• Will be a plus: knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation
