Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in HR / HR Generalist in a position with a full cycle of HR processes.
- Maturity and emotional intelligence - the ability to work with people of different levels, including managers and C-level.
- Experience in building an HR system from scratch.
- Deeper understanding of psychology, the ability to "see" people, recognize motivations and types behavior.
- Systematic, structured, independent, ability to take responsibility and be involved in internal processes, initiate process optimization.
- Adaptability - the ability to find an approach to anyone in the team, regardless of position.
- Would be an advantage: experience in production/ international/ IT companies
Responsibilities:
- Building an HR system
- Recruiting (it is possible to involve a recruiter or aagency) adaptation and onboarding of new employees, support until they fully join the team
- Motivation and support of personnel - regular communications, feedback collection, participation in the construction of HR culture.
- HR administration: maintaining employee profiles in CRM
- Participation in internal processes - communication with managers, identification of personnel needs, improvement HR processes.
- Organization and conducting of trainings, internal meetings, 1:1, employee engagement, formation of CRI.
- Analytics and reporting: HR metrics, recruiting funnels, adaptation dynamics.
