Today, we are looking for a manager of staff training organization to improve the company's work and implement innovations. Duties: Forming the need, developing and organizing training programs (remote and offline training) for staff with the aim of improving professional skills; Organization of one-to-one meetings with the company's employees with the aim of identifying needs for individual training programs and development of own materials; Filling the corporate training base; Assessing and checking the effectiveness of training programs. What we expect: 2 years of experience in a similar position; Higher education in the humanitarian field will be an advantage; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to develop training programs and materials; High responsibility, organization and proactiveness. The ability to work in a team and motivate others.
