We are looking for an INDEPENDENT AND EXPERIENCED HR GENERALIST (with the function of recruiting) in a Ukrainian IT company! MAIN TASKS: recruiting (high-quality and fast closing of vacancies - middle and TOP level); support of the employee's life cycle (onboarding, 1:1, organization of training, offboarding, etc.) implementation of HR projects on team building, motivation, evaluation and other tasks of the function; advisory support to employees on HR policies; participation in the optimization and actualization of HR processes based on research and analytics; SEND RESUME IF: you are an independent, confident HR\recruiter with experience in IT or non-IT fields (IT is not a prerequisite) you have 3+ years of experience and a good knowledge base in HR field; systematic, responsible and have high communication skills; you love analytics and know how to work with HR metrics; you have experience in the full cycle of hiring technical and non-technical positions; you are confident in Google spreadsheets or Excel; you have skills in qualitative assessment of software and hard skills; you have experience in implementing changes, optimizing processes.
