HR Generalist / Recruiter Position at MUSK ConstructionMUSK Construction is a home improvement and construction company providing high quality end-to-end residential renovation services in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley) in California, USA. Our company has been operating on the market for more than 7 years.We provide our customers with turnkey repair solutions. We have an official license as a general contractor in the USA. Furthermore, we often do projects for employees of Tesla, Apple, Facebook, Netflix and other large companies. We have standardized production processes and introduced a convenient task accounting system.Requirements: 1) Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment at various levels 2) Excellent spoken and written English B2 or C1 level. Experience interacting with English-speaking employees.3) Ability to work according to the California time zone (PST -7).4) Experience working with American companies.5) Ability to work with a large volume of data and documents.6) Proven achievements in previous HR- related positions.7) Experience hiring remote workers worldwide (Europe, Asia, USA) Responsibilities: 1. Analyze the labor market and develop new methods for talent acquisition.2. Hire productive employees according to an approved plan.3. Organize the recruitment process, evaluate applicants, and conduct interviews.4. Organize a trial week, monitor the probationary period, and oversee employee adaptation and training.5. Proficiently manage personnel documentation.Job Type: Full-time, remote, online.We offer: $1,200 + bonus for every hired employee
