HR Generalist (partner’s project) in NewGMedia

HR Generalist:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our partner company. It’s a Ukrainian startup in the iGaming Industry. You will play a vital role in the organization’s HR/Recruitment initiatives to drive effective people strategies.

Responsibilities:

HR:

• Create and implement company HR policies and procedures;
• Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers;
• 1-1 meetings and annual evaluations;
• Team-specific engagement activities;
• Internal events planning and execution;
• Company compensation and benefits administration;
• Measurement of employee satisfaction, involvement, and loyalty;

Recruitment:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role;
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development;
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently;
• English В1-В2;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment within short deadlines;
