HR Generalist:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our partner company. It’s a Ukrainian startup in the iGaming Industry. You will play a vital role in the organization’s HR/Recruitment initiatives to drive effective people strategies.
Responsibilities:
HR:
- Create and implement company HR policies and procedures;
- Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers;
- 1-1 meetings and annual evaluations;
- Team-specific engagement activities;
- Internal events planning and execution;
- Company compensation and benefits administration;
- Measurement of employee satisfaction, involvement, and loyalty;
Recruitment:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven 2+ years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role;
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development;
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently;
- English В1-В2;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment within short deadlines;
