HR Generalist (Junior / Middle) | Bank

This is a vacancy for HR who wants not just to support the system, but to build it.
Processes, communications, culture — almost from scratch and with a lot of room for ideas.

We are looking for an HR person who loves people, structure and meaningful communications. The one that can help new colleagues to adapt easily, write a warm post for the team and at the same time adjust the HR process so that it works.

What will be in focus

• launch and development of HR processes

• building onboarding and off-boarding

• creation of content for internal communications

• support and development of LMS / training programs

• participation in transformation of corporate culture

• assistance in recruiting (banking roles)

We we are looking for a person who

• has 1-4 years of experience in HR

• has worked with HR processes or their implementation

• has strong communication and organizational skills

• can listen to people and shows empathy

• wants to build HR culture, not just support it

Will be a plus: experience in banking recruiting.
