"DLM" company is looking for an energetic and motivated HR Manager. We are the leading Ukrainian furniture chains with many years of experience in the market. Main responsibilities: Search and recruitment of personnel; Conduct interviews with candidates; Accompany the candidate until the moment of starting work and during the adaptation period. Coordination of the collection of documents, responsibility for registration, familiarizing the newcomer with all the necessary information according to the onboarding program; Supporting employees in HR processes: consulting employees on all HR issues, including salary issues, benefits, retention measures and support of the company's corporate culture (transmission of values, norms of interaction and behavior); Monitor the labor market; Participate in project activities: projects aimed at developing the company's HR brand; Reporting on work results (turnover, number, newcomer questionnaire, etc.). Requirements: Work experience in a similar position of 2 years or more; Higher education in psychology, personnel management or related specialties; High level of communication and communication skills with different people; Confident user of PC and office programs; Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
