HR-generalist (HRG) in WinWork

We are looking for HRG to join a group of companies that includes a network of automotive, industrial, and tourist-related online stores. The company is the official representative of a number of European and global brands on the territory of Ukraine. In addition to distribution, it is engaged in the production of its own additional automotive equipment and accessories. Tasks: Systematization of business processes in the area of ​​personnel work; Improvement of existing work systems, updating, in accordance with changes in the labor market; Construction of a recruiting and adaptation system; Direct participation in the recruiting process (primary tasks : sales manager, direct manager, content maker, targetologist). Specialist competences: Work experience of 1 year or more, as a head or deputy head of the HR department in companies with 20+ employees; Practicing specialist; Experience in systematizing HR business processes .Working conditions: Rate + % of KPI (of the entire company).
