Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages.
It will be a plus:
Experience working with Artificial Intelligence.
We expect the result for 1 month of work - analysis of the current situation and development of an action plan, start of recruiting for open vacancies (production operators, electrician), start of optimization of the organizational structure;
for the 3rd month - development of the onboarding and adaptation system, updating the organizational structure;
for the 6th month - updated job descriptions, closed vacancies, developed a new corporate one.
Based on the goals, there will be the following TASKS:
Recruiting personnel, conducting interviews (3-4 vacancies per month);
Development and implementation of an effective HR strategy;
Optimization of organizational structure and division of responsibilities;
Development of the onboarding and adaptation system of employees;
Implementation of personnel training and development programs;
Support and development of corporate culture;
Automation of HR processes.
