TD is looking for an experienced HR generalist / HR Team Lead who will independently manage a new project. We need a professional who can be trusted with the most valuable thing — the talents of the team. 📋 What tasks are there for you: Coordination of the employee life cycle, including preboarding, onboarding, engagement & retention and offboarding Systematic holding of individual meetings (1:1) to monitor the state of the team and plan their development Gathering and analysis of HR metrics (staff turnover, duration of work, results of research and surveys), as well as improvement of processes based on the received data Close interaction with team leaders to analyze their effectiveness Participation and coordination of the implementation of HR projects and initiatives together with the recruitment team Work with HR systems , including such as BambooHR, PeopleForce, etc. Management of internal communication in the department in online and offline formats (50+ people) Implementation of key HR processes of the company (Performance Review, Satisfaction Survey, Salary Review, etc.) Change initiatives in corporate HR services and policies in cooperation with the HR team, according to business needs.
