TD is looking for an experienced HR generalist/ HRTeam Lead who will independently manage a new project. We need a professional who can be trusted with the most valuable thing - the talents of the team. 📋 What tasks are for you: - Coordination of the employee life cycle, including preboarding, onboarding, engagement & retention and offboarding - Systematic holding of individual meetings (1:1) to monitor the state of the team and planning their development - Collection and analysis of HR metrics (staff turnover, duration of work, results of research and surveys), as well as improvement of processes based on the received data—Close interaction of team leaders to analyze their effectiveness—Participation and coordination of HR projects and initiatives together with the recruitment team—Working with HR systems, including such as BambooHR , PeopleForce secret.—Management of internal communication in the department in online and offline formats (50+ people)—Conducting key HR processes of the company (Performance Review, Satisfaction Survey, Salary Review, etc.)—Initiatives of changes in corporate HR services and policies for cooperation with the HR team, according to needs business Optimization and adaptation of existing work processes and regulations 📌 We expect that you will: —More than 3 years of experience as an HRG or HRTL with teams in the field of IGaming marketing —Experience in the creation and implementation of HR processes —Previous experience in the development and implementation of learning and development (L&D) projects will be considered an advantage —Ability to work effectively in conditions of multitasking and change — High level of soft skills, including proactivity, communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, organizational skills, critical thinking, speed of decision-making, strategic thinking and the ability to analyze from a high level ("helicopter view") — Willingness to work in the office 🎁 What we offer: — Comfortable working environment, cozy office in Kyiv—Competitive salary, 100% paid sick leave and holidays—Study compensation—access to corporate library and various courses—Corporate events, stylish merch—Opportunity to implement your boldest ideas and approaches—Positive atmosphere for work and creativity without limits—Opportunity to attend tamitapa partiesIf you feel like it, what you deserve the best - grab the opportunity to get it.
