HR Generalist/HR specialist in VIATEC

We are looking for a HR Generalista to join our ambitious team!

Your main occupation will relate to:

• recruitment and onboarding
• implementation of well-being projects, support of existing
• work with projects on the employer brand and internal communications
• involvement in the processes of training and development of employees
• organization of corporate events
• conducting exit interviews.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

Professional skills:

• knowledge of personnel selection and adaptation methodology
• practical experience in closing IT vacancies
• understanding of methods and systems of personnel onboarding
• experience in activities related to the development of the employer brand and internal communications, experience in conducting projects related to the welfare of employees
• fluency in the Ukrainian business language, literacy, skills formulate an opinion and express it on paper

• ability to work with several projects at the same time and meet deadlines
• responsibility, high level independence
• organization, clarity in the performance of assigned tasks.
