HR generalist, HR manager, recruiter in DLM

We are the company "DLM", a leader in the furniture market of Ukraine, we are looking for an experienced HR manager for the search and selection of personnel, a recruiter. Functional: Providing the company's needs in qualified personnel; Searching, selecting and evaluating potential candidates; Organizing and conducting interviews, drafting and analysis of results; development of strategies for attracting and retaining personnel; development and implementation of training and development programs; maintenance and updating of the candidate database; maintenance of documentation related to the recruitment and administration of personnel. Requirements: work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; higher education , specialization in the field of HR will be an advantage; Confident knowledge of methods and tools of search and selection of personnel; Ability to effectively conduct interviews and evaluate candidates; High communication and negotiation skills; Confident PC user, knowledge of programs for working with databases will be an advantage.
