In connection with development, we are opening a competition for the position of "HR Generalist/HR BP (organizational structure, onboarding, FOT, regulations)".< /p>

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the formation of business processes of the management company; 
• Completing the organizational structure; 
• Onboarding of management office managers; 
• Coordination of all parts of the Labor Remuneration Fund, coordination of the FOP budget;
• Participation in the automation of HR business processes ; 
• Coordination of the staff schedule (management);
• Development of regulations, provisions; 
• Management of personnel discipline in basic operations.

Requirements:< /p>

• Higher education;
• Work experience HR G/HR BP/HRDno less than 3 years in a large system company according to clear metrics, KPI, job goals;
• Experience of interaction with business owners, SEO of a management company;
• < strong>Participation and management of the automation of business processes;
• Participation in the construction of HR company business processes;
• Participation in the management of FOT;
• Participation in the development of org structures;
• Participation in the development of goals, roles, provisions, regulations, etc.; 
• Participation in onboarding;
