HR generalist (Chernomorsk) in HR Agency Key People

In connection with the expansion of the business of our customer's company, located in the city of Chernomorsk, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR generalist. The customer is the grain terminal of Great Odesa, which is currently developing, changing and improving the business of the indomitable country.

What you will do:

- Carrying out recruiting processes (head hunting), including selection and interviews with candidates.

- Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies company.

- Prescribing business processes, implementing them in the work

- Conducting training for employees and organizing corporate events.

- Keeping documentation on personnel management issues (job instructions, compatible with the personnel officer - keeping the necessary personnel accounting documentation)

Required experience:

- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.

- Preferably, experience in manufacturing enterprises.

- Experience in building a department from scratch.

- Ability to work in a team and negotiate with various stakeholders.

- High communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
