Position in the Management office directly reporting to the owner

In the management company. A large, systemic business needs a full-time position in the office of HR Generalist.

< strong>Responsibilities:

• Participation in the automation of HR business processes; 
• Completing the organizational structure; 
• Development of regulations, regulations; 
• Onboarding of management office employees; 
• Staff schedule (management);
• Management of personnel administration; of all parts of the Labor Fund, coordination of the FOP budget;
• Management of personnel discipline in the main operations

Requirements:

• Higher education ;
• Work experience HR Generalist< /strong>at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of all processes in the HR Generalist function;
• Participation and management of automation of business processes;
• Participation in FOT;
• Participation in organizational structure;
• Participation in onboarding;
